Shipping Policy

When do we ship?

Orders are shipped Monday – Saturday. If your order is shipping via USPS or UPS, the order must be received by 11am pacific time (2pm EST) to ship out within 48 hours.

Where do we ship to?

We only ship domestically (USA and the Virgin Islands) at this time. If you have a question about domestic shipments, please email us at co2127@gmail.com.

How do we ship?

Most of our orders ship via USPS. However, we will also use UPS at your request. Since we do ship most of our orders via USPS, our website will only allow you to choose that as a shipping option. Orders will almost always be sent by USPS to help save on shipping cost. Orders going to APO/FPO boxes will also be sent via

USPS.

 

Shipping rates?

We do charge a set price for shipping, based on total purchase price. Therefore, the shipping quote you receive when you place an order is your final shipping charge. We will adjust the final shipping cost after your order has shipped out, to update any additional purchases added to your cart that may have been applied after your initial quote, and then charge your credit card at that time. Your credit card is not charged when you place the order. So even though you are being quoted for USPS, you will only be charged for USPS if your order ships that way. If we ship your order by another method, your order will be adjusted, and your credit card will be charged for the adjusted shipping cost after your order ships.

Returns and Refunds

We offer refunds on any purchases of the goods offered on our website for the following reason(s) only: with receipt, damage, inoperable, wrong size, wrong color, wrong description, and the wrong product or service was provided. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any other reasons other than those listed above. Purchased goods refused upon delivery or shipped back as no longer wanted, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee at our discretion. You are required to ship your purchased goods back to us within 30 calendar days of delivery to receive a refund. We will not be able to issue you a refund if you do not ship the goods back to us within the allotted timeframe. You will be responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs on any purchases that you are requesting a refund on. Please ship your purchased item(s) to us at the following address:
